Head of New Business
Milk Machine is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Head of New Business to lead our business development and client acquisition strategy.
We're an award-winning creative content agency producing advertising campaigns, music videos, social-first films, branded content, and photography for clients that want exceptional storytelling and standout creative.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships, and turning conversations into long-term creative partnerships.
The Role
As Head of New Business, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities with brands across a wide range of sectors. Working with our extensive databases, you'll proactively approach marketing teams and decision-makers, introducing Milk Machine's creative capabilities and generating meetings that lead to new commissions.
You'll play a key role in growing our client base and shaping the future of the business.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage prospective brand clients.
- Build relationships with marketing directors, brand managers, and creative decision-makers.
- Generate new business opportunities for advertising campaigns, branded content, social films, branded narrative projects, documentaries, and photography.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach through to contract.
- Work closely with our creative team to develop tailored pitches and proposals.
- Represent Milk Machine at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- An experienced business development or new business professional, ideally within advertising, production, creative, media, or content.
- Confident approaching brands directly and building relationships from scratch.
- A strong communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once.
