The Role

As Head of New Business, you will be accountable for driving new customer acquisition across Northern Europe, the UK and North America. You will lead a team while continuing to own and win a portfolio of SoPost's highest-value enterprise opportunities.

This is a player-coach role. You will continue to lead from the front, building your own pipeline, opening strategic enterprise relationships and closing complex commercial opportunities, while creating an environment where your team consistently performs at a high level.

Your success will be measured not only by the revenue you generate personally, but by your ability to improve the performance of those around you through coaching, clear expectations, accountability and commercial leadership.

You will build a culture where pipeline creation is relentless, commercial thinking is disciplined, and enterprise selling becomes a repeatable capability across the team.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will work closely with the CEO, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and the wider Commercial Leadership Team to strengthen SoPost's enterprise go-to-market strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
