Role Purpose
Ready to lead from the front and turn opportunity into growth? As our Head of New Business Sales, you’ll take ownership of the new-logo growth engine, leading the sales team while staying close to our most strategic opportunities. You’ll bring focus and discipline to the pipeline, unite teams around the right opportunities, and turn ambitious growth plans into results.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Head of New Business Sales leads the new-logo growth engine. The role combines sales leadership, direct involvement in strategic opportunities, disciplined pipeline management and cross-functional execution.
- Growth: Deliver new business revenue, gross profit and activated-partner growth in line with agreed company targets.
- Pipeline & Execution: Build a healthy, accurately qualified pipeline and improve conversion through a repeatable sales methodology, robust forecasting and focused deal governance.
- Proposition & Partnerships: Work with vendors, marketing, operations and marketplace teams to create compelling propositions and remove barriers to partner activation.

The role requires credible C-suite engagement, strong commercial judgement and a hands-on approach to opening, shaping and closing high-value opportunities. It is a full-time UK-based role with regular travel to partner, vendor, industry and company events, including occasional international travel as required.
General Skills
- Significant B2B new business sales experience in cloud, software, technology services, IT distribution or a related channel environment.
- Demonstrable success leading a new business or business development team to achieve demanding commercial targets.
- A strong record of building pipeline, improving conversion and closing complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
- Experience engaging C-suite and senior commercial decision-makers, including negotiation of strategic agreements.
- Commercial and numerical capability, with confidence in forecasting, pricing, margin and business-case development.
- Build strong executive relationships with priority prospects, partners and vendors to increase influence and accelerate decisions.
- Own and deliver the agreed new business plan, including revenue, gross profit, partner/customer acquisition, activation and pipeline objectives.
- Create a clear market and account segmentation strategy that prioritises the highest-value routes to growth.

This role requires a valid driving license, access to a vehicle, and business use insurance, which covers travel to other offices, vendors and partners beyond normal commuting.
