At CREATE Fertility and IVI UK, we support people through some of the most important and emotional moments of their lives.

As part of one of the world’s leading fertility groups, we combine internationally recognised clinical expertise with genuinely compassionate care, helping thousands of patients across the UK access personalised fertility treatment.

Our clinics are known for pioneering Natural and Mild IVF approaches, offering safer and gentler treatment options alongside advanced fertility services including IVF, IUI, ICSI and fertility preservation.

Above all, we believe exceptional patient care starts with exceptional people and exceptional leadership.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Head of Nursing to lead our clinical nursing team in Bristol.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, developing high-performing teams and creating a positive, supportive clinical culture where both patients and staff can thrive.

You will play a key role in shaping the patient experience across the region, ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance while supporting the continued growth and success of the clinics.

This role would suit an experienced fertility nurse leader who combines strong clinical expertise with a collaborative and people-focused leadership style.

You’ll be someone who leads from the front, remains calm under pressure and takes genuine pride in developing teams, improving services and maintaining exceptionally high standards of care.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and supporting nursing teams across hub and satellite clinics to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
  • Managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the region, ensuring clinics are appropriately staffed and running efficiently
  • Supporting and developing a high-performance culture focused on patient experience, teamwork and accountability
  • Actively participating in patient care, including consultations, ultrasound scanning and theatre procedures
  • Working closely with medical, operational and multidisciplinary teams to continually improve service delivery and patient outcomes
  • Managing clinic rotas, staffing levels, annual leave and sickness absence
  • Supporting recruitment, training, induction, development and performance management of nursing teams
  • Leading regular team meetings, appraisals and 1:1s to support engagement and professional development
  • Ensuring compliance with HFEA regulations, governance standards and internal clinical protocols
  • Managing audits, inspections, incidents and complaints in line with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Supporting diary management, clinic utilisation and operational planning to maximise efficiency and patient access
  • Promoting CREATE Fertility’s Natural and Mild IVF philosophy and ensuring consistently high standards of patient communication and care
  • Supporting theatre coordination and ensuring safe clinical governance across all treatment areas
  • Working collaboratively with other senior leaders and Heads of Nursing across the organisation to support growth and consistency across the network

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
