📣 COACHING OPPORTUNITY
Head of Nutrition & Women’s Coaching — BTSFitness.uk®
BTSFitness.uk® is looking for the right coach to join Kevin and Steve as we continue developing our online coaching community. This is a fully remote, UK-wide opportunity. LinkedIn requires the vacancy to be associated with a location, but applicants do not need to live in or travel to Glasgow. All coaching and team activity is delivered online.
This isn’t a conventional salaried vacancy. It’s an opportunity for a qualified, ambitious coach to take the lead on the nutrition and women’s coaching side of an established online coaching business—and grow alongside it.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is qualified in both personal training and nutrition coaching
- Has a genuine interest in sustainable weight loss, confidence, and long-term behaviour change
- Understands that successful nutrition coaching is about far more than handing someone a calorie target or meal plan
- Can communicate with empathy, honesty, and maturity
- Is confident supporting women with the challenges that can affect their nutrition, health, training, and relationship with food
- Wants to become part of a coaching team and community—not simply collect a list of online clients
- Is comfortable contributing to workshops, educational content, and community discussions
- Shares our belief that lasting results come from mindset, nutrition, and workouts working together
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

For the right person, there may be an opportunity to be invited into the business as a partner after a minimum of 18 months. This would be based on contribution, commitment, and the growth of the business—it is not automatic or guaranteed.
