Head of Online Partners

We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Online Partners on a 12 Month maternity contract to lead the strategic growth and performance of TFG London’s UK and international online partner business. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you’ll shape profitable partner models across concessions, marketplaces, dropship and future channels, while building strong relationships with leading concession partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the strategic growth of online partner channels across concession, marketplace, dropship and future partner models.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key partners, ensuring commercial and contractual objectives are delivered.
  • Develop commercial plans, seasonal calendars and operational roadmaps to drive profitable growth for each brand and partner.
  • Identify new partner, channel and sales opportunities, using insight and trading performance to support decision-making.
  • Set best-practice online trading standards, improving ranking, exposure, launches and performance across partner websites.
  • Work closely with buying, merchandising, marketing, creative, IT and finance teams to deliver stock, promotional, reporting and process objectives.
  • Monitor ecommerce KPIs, competitor activity and market trends, making recommendations to improve sales, conversion and profitability.
  • Lead, coach and support the Online Partner team, ensuring objectives align to the wider business strategy.

Who you’ll be

  • A commercial and motivational leader with extensive ecommerce and online trading experience within fashion retail.
  • Experienced in managing third-party partner models, including wholesale, concession, marketplace and dropship.
  • Skilled at delivering strategic growth, operational roadmaps and cross-functional commercial projects.
  • Highly analytical, with strong trading judgement and the ability to turn insight into action.
  • A confident communicator who can influence and collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and under pressure.
  • Strong in Excel, reporting and presenting commercial performance clearly and effectively.
  • A positive team player who leads by example, supports others’ development and proactively drives high standards.
