Fella & Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading premium fashion retail group to appoint a commercially driven Head of Online Partners on a 12-month maternity contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic growth and performance of the retailer’s UK and international online partner business. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will shape profitable partner models across concessions, marketplaces, dropship and future channels while developing strong relationships with leading retail partners.
You will:
- Lead the strategic growth of online partner channels across concessions, marketplaces, dropship and emerging models.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key partners, ensuring commercial and contractual objectives are achieved.
- Develop commercial plans, seasonal calendars and operational roadmaps to drive profitable growth.
- Identify new partners, channels and sales opportunities using trading performance and customer insight.
- Establish best-practice online trading standards to improve product rankings, brand exposure, launches and overall performance across partner websites.
- Monitor ecommerce KPIs, competitor activity and market trends, turning insight into clear commercial actions.
- Partner with buying, merchandising, marketing, creative, technology and finance teams to deliver stock, promotional, reporting and process objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop the Online Partner team, ensuring its priorities align with the wider business strategy.

About you
You will be a commercial and motivational leader with:
- Extensive ecommerce and online trading experience gained within fashion or retail.
- Experience managing third-party models, including concessions, marketplaces, wholesale or dropship.
- A strong record of developing strategic growth plans and delivering cross-functional commercial projects.
- Excellent analytical and trading judgement, with the ability to translate data into action.
- Confidence influencing senior internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong Excel, reporting and presentation skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- A positive leadership style and a genuine commitment to supporting the development of others.
