Head of Operations, Hospitality Group

£80k - plus bonus

London Based – This is essential – 4 days a week in London

We’re working with an ambitious, fast-growing hospitality/leisure business that’s set for major expansion across 2026 and 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operator to join at a pivotal stage of growth and help shape the future of the brand. A commercial leader which is like a friendly family feel kind of UK brand.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial, branded environments, a leader who’s passionate about great food, exceptional service, and building strong teams.

You’ll oversee operations across the current portfolio, drive performance, and play a key role in the company’s strategic development as new openings roll out. This is a senior role where you work closely with Head Office and report to the Ops Director, so you’ll need to demonstrate this capability during the interview stage. As all sites are branded, experience within branded operations is essential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
