£90,000 + bonus + package | Nationally Mobile | London & Northern England
Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering with a high-profile, fast-paced hospitality business to appoint a Head of Operations to lead a significant multi-site operation across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Regional Manager / Senior Regional Manager who is ready to step up and take genuine ownership of a business unit.
About the Role
As Head of Operations, you will have full P&L ownership, lead a team of Area Managers and be responsible for driving performance, people, service and standards across a substantial portfolio of high street locations.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the senior leadership team, the Head of Operations will take overall accountability for the performance of the estate, leading through a team of experienced Area Managers.
You'll be the person setting the pace - creating a culture where exceptional service, operational excellence and commercial performance go hand in hand.
Your remit will include:
- Full P&L ownership, driving sales, profitability and sustainable growth.
- Leading and developing a team of Area Managers, ensuring they are highly engaged, commercially focused and delivering through their teams.
- Setting and maintaining exceptionally high operational and service standards across the estate.
- Creating a genuinely customer-first culture where service is at the heart of the operation.
- Driving performance across a large, geographically dispersed portfolio.
- Using commercial insight and data to identify opportunities, improve performance and maximise profitability.
- Building a strong succession pipeline and developing high-performing leadership teams.
- Working closely with the wider leadership team to influence strategy and deliver the company's growth agenda.

About You
We're looking for an inspirational multi-site hospitality leader who is commercially sharp, operationally obsessed and passionate about people.
You'll ideally be operating at Regional Manager or Senior Regional Manager level within a branded hospitality environment - restaurants, coffee, QSR or another high-volume customer-facing concept.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience leading large, multi-site teams through Area Managers or equivalent.
- Strong commercial acumen and genuine P&L ownership experience.
- A track record of delivering exceptional service and operational standards.
- The leadership capability to develop, challenge and inspire experienced managers.
- A highly visible, energetic leadership style suited to a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- A strong understanding of high-volume, high-street hospitality.
- The ambition to step beyond regional operations and take ownership of an entire business unit.
- National mobility, with the estate predominantly across Northern England and London.
