Principle Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day business operations to support the delivery of a best in class customer experience across telecoms, energy and insurance services.
  • Secure successful transition to operations of new product launches.
  • Lead the delivery of all business support activities across the business to include telecom, energy, insurance, Property, IT, Distribution, Health & Safety and Insurance.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders across the business as well as manage the external relationships with all suppliers.
  • B2B client management, including resolving client issues and queries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure buildings/clients comply with all pertinent legislation.

Required Competences

  • Extensive knowledge of the telecommunications business particularly in fixed line, broadband, and mobile.
  • A strong sense of commercial acumen including working with budgets, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Extensive customer service experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety and commercial buildings legislation would be an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office.
