Principle Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day business operations to support the delivery of a best in class customer experience across telecoms, energy and insurance services.
- Secure successful transition to operations of new product launches.
- Lead the delivery of all business support activities across the business to include telecom, energy, insurance, Property, IT, Distribution, Health & Safety and Insurance.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across the business as well as manage the external relationships with all suppliers.
- B2B client management, including resolving client issues and queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure buildings/clients comply with all pertinent legislation.

Required Competences
- Extensive knowledge of the telecommunications business particularly in fixed line, broadband, and mobile.
- A strong sense of commercial acumen including working with budgets, suppliers, and contractors.
- Extensive customer service experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and commercial buildings legislation would be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office.
