We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic and commercially minded Head of Operations to help take a growing manufacturing operation to the next level.
This is a hands-on leadership role with genuine scope to shape how the business operates. If you’re a commercially minded operations leader who thrives on improving performance, developing teams and turning strategy into results, this could be your next move!

Starting salary of £80,000
Monday – Thursday 07.30-16.00, and 07.30-13.30 on a Friday.

Job Description
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement
- Identify smarter, more effective ways of working and turn ideas into action
- Lead Production, Planning, Procurement and Logistics teams
- Use data and KPIs to drive performance and decision-making.
- Contribute to wider business strategy as a key member of the senior leadership team

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Proven experience leading operations within a manufacturing environment
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field.
- Demonstrable success in improving efficiency, productivity and operational performance
- Experience leading continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, operational excellence and performance management
