We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Head of Operations to lead and oversee the organization’s operational functions. This role is responsible for developing operational strategies, optimizing business processes, driving efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s vision, objectives, and growth plans.
- Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, workflows, and performance standards.
- Monitor key operational metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives, process optimization, automation, and cost-efficiency programs.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align operational activities with business goals and customer expectations.
- Manage resource planning, workforce allocation, budgeting, and operational forecasting.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Lead change management, organizational transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and operational controls.
- Develop and mentor managers and operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Support strategic planning, expansion initiatives, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare executive reports, operational reviews, and business performance updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.

✅ Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, business management, supply chain, logistics, or related leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of operational strategy, process improvement, and organizational performance management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale operational functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and performance management.
- Familiarity with business systems, ERP platforms, data analytics, and operational reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic business acumen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. MBA or relevant leadership qualifications are advantageous.
