Head of Operations – Growing Wellness Hospitality Concept
£70/80k plus bonus
Location: London
Salary: £70,000–£80,000 + bonus and benefits
Start Date: Flexible
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Operations to join a growing wellness and casual day time hospitality concept in London. With 3 established sites, the business is entering an exciting period of growth and is looking for an experienced operator to work closely with the Founder to help develop the existing business and support the growth to 10–12 sites.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who has a proven track record of growing and adding value to a modern casual hospitality brand.
The Head of Operations Role
- Lead the operational performance of the existing 3 sites.
- Upscale and improve the business as it enters its next stage of growth.
- Build the operational structure, systems and processes needed to support 10–12 sites.
- Drive consistency, standards, profitability and customer experience across the group.
- Develop and support the existing management teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and add value across the business.
- Play a key role in future openings and the overall expansion strategy.

The Ideal Candidate
- Strong senior operations experience within casual hospitality, wellness or an adjacent customer-focused concept.
- Proven experience of growing a business and adding value, ideally within a multi-site environment.
- Experience taking a business through a period of expansion and opening new sites.
- Commercially strong, with a good understanding of P&L, labour, costs and profitability.
- Able to build structure and processes without losing the personality and culture of the brand.
- Strong people leadership and development skills.
- Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Ambitious, energetic and excited by the opportunity to help take a business from 3 sites to 10–12.
