Are you a strategic and driven operations leader ready to make a significant impact in a healthcare environment?

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of services to consistently meet and exceed expectations.
  • Drive performance against financial targets, cost control, and profitability measures.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operations and service quality.
  • Monitor, develop, and support multiple outlets to ensure high standards of food, presentation, hygiene, and customer experience.
  • Ensure mandatory training is completed and up to date for all team members.

  • Maintain full HR compliance and promote a high-performance culture.
  • Act as a senior leader, stepping in for the Contract Director when required.

  • Develop frontline talent and build strong team engagement through training, recognition, and effective communication.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts, introducing new products and ideas aligned with industry trends and trust needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain service excellence.
  • Ensure security of Trust and Medirest property and support profit protection initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
