Job Description

Atyourtime Secured Food Delivery is on a mission to transform the food delivery industry. With our patented Tag & Scan technology and a platform that integrates Users, Restaurants, Drivers, and Agents, we’re creating a secure, scalable, and future-proof ecosystem for food delivery.

We are now looking for a Head of Operations to design, lead, and optimise our operational framework — building the backbone of a business that connects and protects all four key stakeholders.

This is an equity-only role initially (transitioning to salaried once operations commence and revenue is generated). It’s an opportunity to shape the future of a high-growth startup and directly influence how secured food delivery is defined.

What You’ll Do

  • Operations Leadership – Take ownership of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and security across the business.
  • Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with Users, Restaurants, Drivers, and Agents, ensuring their needs are consistently met.
  • External Partnerships – Develop and manage relationships with delivery partners, aggregators of aggregators, and other external stakeholders that enhance our service reach.
  • Process Optimisation – Design and implement workflows that ensure seamless restaurant onboarding, driver allocation, order management, and agent engagement.
  • Team Leadership – Recruit, mentor, and lead an operations team focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Growth Enablement – Collaborate with the CEO and CTO to align operations with product development, commercial strategy, and scaling objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
