Joe Blake's Specialty Coffee and Food
Joe Blake's is a specialty coffee and food establishment with six sites in London. We are looking to expand to twenty or more sites within two and a half years. We need someone to run the estate so that I can focus on building it.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the overall performance of every site, including sales, labor, margin, standards, compliance, staff, and every new opening. You will also oversee the coffee, including the standard, accreditation, roaster relationship, and drinks margin. Essentially, you will set the bar for the entire operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Own every site's trading performance.
- Set and maintain standards, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee coffee quality, accreditation, and drinks margin.
- Build a documented standard, a trained bench of managers, and a weekly rhythm for the entire estate.

- Proven track record of scaling a QSR, fast-casual, or hospitality brand.
- Data-driven, with a people-led approach.
- Natural instinct for identifying and eliminating friction points.
- Ability to lead with empathy, ensuring the best operational playbook is executed effectively.
Compensation
- £70,000 OTE (On Target Earnings)
About Us
We sell around 350,000 drinks a year. Speed is part of our product, and the standard is the rest.
