An Exciting Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly growing technology business that is transforming one of the world's least automated industries.

Backed by leading investors and operating at the intersection of robotics, manufacturing, and construction technology, our client has developed an innovative product that is already being deployed internationally. With significant growth plans across the UK, Europe, and North America, they are looking to appoint a Head of Field Operations to build and lead their operational capability.

This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in defining how the business scales globally.

The Role

Reporting directly to the COO, you will take ownership of the end-to-end deployment and operation of the company's products across customer sites. You will be responsible for developing the operational blueprint that will support future growth, ensuring successful deployments while driving continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
