Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Operations and Zonal Account Manager, based in Dagenham. The role involves overseeing operational processes, managing budgets, and ensuring efficiency in business operations. The candidate will be responsible for:

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and Budgeting to ensure seamless and efficient business operations.
- Excellent Team Management and Communication skills to lead teams and foster collaboration across various departments.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess data, track performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to drive organizational improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience working in consumer services or a related industry is advantageous.
