Head of Operations & Business Development

Location: London
Salary: up to £45,000 plus benefits

This exciting company partners with leading creative brands to bring their unique collections to life, combining specialist expertise, creativity, and industry knowledge to deliver exceptional results. Drawing on extensive experience within the fashion industry, a studio was created dedicated to helping creative minds transform their ideas into reality through their deep understanding of technology and production processes.

In partnership with this exciting, growing business, we are looking for an experienced individual to join as Head of Operations & Business Development and play a key role in shaping the next stage of its growth. This is a hands-on, commercially minded role, taking ownership of day-to-day operations while overseeing projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.

The role:

  • Leading and improving day-to-day operations and processes
  • Overseeing end-to-end project delivery, timelines, budgets, and quality
  • Managing relationships with clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and production partners
  • Supporting business development and identifying new commercial opportunities
  • Coordinating and developing the team, fostering accountability and collaboration
  • Building scalable processes and structures to support future growth
  • Identifying opportunities to improve operational and commercial performance

What we are looking for:

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, and solutions-focused, with strong project management and relationship-building skills. Experience working across design, production, manufacturing, or a project-led environment would be highly advantageous.
