The platform allows organisations stay ahead of regulatory and policy change by monitoring developments, identifying what matters, and providing clarity on what to do next.
The Role
A key operations role, working directly with the CEO to turn strategy into execution and own how the company runs on a day-to-day basis. It is envisioned that the successful candidate will be considered for progression to a COO role in early 2027.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO on general business strategy formation and execution
- Run day-to-day operations and manage priorities
- Own the CRM and sales pipeline for now and subsequently help shape sales teams to delegate it to
- Coordinate demos, meetings and follow-ups
- Support customer acquisition
- Track KPIs and report on progress
- Manage the Marketing & PR, supervising junior team member/s entrusted with PR and SMM
- Coordinate with the CTO where operations require it
- Identify bottlenecks and improve internal processes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years management or team leadership experience (essential)
- Proven business acumen
- Strong organisational ability and structured thinking
- Comfort working independently
- Clear communication and problem-solving
- Desire to grow with the team
