About This Role:
We are looking for a Head of Product Operations (m/f/d) to join our Product team in Munich, Madrid, London or Paris with a hybrid work setup. In this role, you will lead and improve the operations that are directly linked to our products. Your work will directly impact our operational integrity notably by enhancing fraud detection, streamlining customer support processes, or managing cash projections. All of which are critical to delivering a trustworthy and seamless experience for our users.
This dedicated product operations position was triggered by the launch of new offer types within our product, and the scope of the role will expand as we innovate with our product.
Your contributions will help shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms, guiding them to make smart, fair, and rewarding choices.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Drive the entire fraud management and detection across all our product types and at payment process level
- Streamline customer support workflows
- Oversee the maintenance of our coupon auto apply and app to app operations
- Partner with finance to ensure we have enough cash on all our providers’ account
- Work cross-functionally with Product and other teams to translate business needs into scalable operational solutions and continuously improve the performance of our rewards products.
The role is bound to increase in scope. We expect you to champion the use of AI and automation to generate operational insights and drive improvements.
Your Profile:
We’re looking for someone with
- 3 - 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, mergers and acquisitions, or operations in tech
- A Master degree from a Tier 1 University
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to break down complex business problems, identify opportunities, and develop scalable solutions.
- Operational Excellence: Proven ability to design, standardize, and optimize processes across complex or rapidly evolving products and organizations.
- Leadership & Collaboration: A strong leadership track record
- Mindset: A proactive and persistent mindset, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and a strong interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Language requirements: Fluent in English and any other European languages is a plus.
