Head of Operations & Delivery

📍 Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire (Office-Based with UK Travel)
💰 £50,000 + Private Medical Insurance + Benefits

Ever wanted to learn how to run a business directly from the founder who built it?

This is not your typical Head of Delivery role. Our client is looking for a commercially minded, ambitious operations leader to work alongside the Founder and Managing Director, helping oversee a growing national operation while gaining exposure to every aspect of running a successful business.

You'd be joining a well-established business delivering professional driver services to some of the UK's most recognised organisations. From supporting major motor manufacturers and the UK's largest gas distribution network to delivering high-profile projects including COP26, the G7 Summit and NATO Summit, the business has built a strong reputation for quality, compliance, and innovation. This role offers a genuine succession pathway, including the opportunity to progress towards share ownership and a future directorship.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
