About Us

One of the world's top-ranked cryptocurrency exchanges, we support over 50 million registered users across more than 100 countries — from spot and derivatives trading to structured wealth management. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and want your work to matter at scale, you'll fit right in.

The Role

We are hiring a Head of Operations to build and lead the operational function for a regulated business at a formative stage of growth. This role exists to build a strong operational foundation, put scalable processes and controls in place, and ensure the business is equipped to operate in line with regulatory expectations from day one. Reporting into senior leadership, this person will play a critical role in shaping how the business runs, manages risk, and scales sustainably.

Open to candidates across the UK. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Gibraltar independently — no relocation support is provided. Eligibility for local regulatory approval is required.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the operations function end to end, building clear processes and controls that improve efficiency, consistency, and oversight.
  • Design and implement operating procedures that meet regulatory and governance requirements, while working closely with Compliance, Risk, and other stakeholders to keep operations aligned with the firm's control framework.
  • Oversee core operational workflows and identify process gaps, turning them into structured improvements that make the business more scalable and resilient.
  • Provide clear management reporting on operational performance, risk points, and enhancements, while helping build an operating model that supports growth in a regulated environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
