Role Description

The Head of Operations at Fleeto is a full-time, on-site role based in Dagenham. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring vehicle availability, service quality, and efficient processes across the business. The role involves:

Qualifications

  • Strong Operations Management experience, including process optimization and workflow implementation.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Proven Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear reporting, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building with internal teams and drivers.
  • Budgeting skills with experience managing operational costs, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Background in transport, fleet, mobility services, or a similar operational environment is highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, handling multiple priorities and resolving issues promptly.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in operations, business management, or a related field.
