The Role
- Founding operational leader joining at a key time of company growth

- Own and shape the company's operational process strategy,
- Hands-on role automating processes for people, legal and finance

Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in operational leadership in an AI/tech startup environment
- Strong examples of building/owning multidisciplinary processes within another startup
- Based in UK and willing to work in a remote-first model
- A “process builder” mindset. You're focused on time efficiency, automation adoption and building a people-first culture.
