Job Title: Head of Operations – Country Hotel - Yorkshire
Salary
Up to £50,000 + Bonus

I am currently recruiting for a Head of Operations at this country hotel in Yorkshire. My client is looking for an individual to join their dynamic and energetic team. My client is looking for a driven individual with a background in rooms and front of house management.
About the position
- Managing the profitability of the hotel along with hitting targets
- Recruit and develop a fantastic team
- Train the team to deliver a top-class guest service experience
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel
- Manage & lead a team effectively
- Deliver achievable hotel budgets along with a long-term strategic plan

The successful candidate
- Experience in hotels a must
- Room management experience
- Have financial acumen
- Excellent leadership skills
- Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on operational approach
