About UK Skinlabs

UK Skinlabs Ltd is the parent company behind UKLASH, a prestige eyelash and brow care brand, and Gróa, a new masstige beauty brand. We operate across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and a growing international wholesale and retail footprint spanning the UK, US, EU, Australia, Travel, and salons. As we scale into new retail doors and markets, our operations and supply chain function is central to delivering on that growth reliably and efficiently.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Supply Chain Manager to join us on a 12-14 months fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. This is a hands-on, senior role responsible for end-to-end operations and supply chain management — from demand & supply planning through to warehousing, logistics, and retail/wholesale fulfilment — across both brands; UKLASH and Gróa.

You will report into the Interim COO and cross-functionally with NPD, finance, and commercial teams to ensure our operations keeps pace with an expanding multi-channel, multi-market business, while maintaining tight control of costs, inventory accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.

You will manage and mentor two key members on the team; Supply Chain Coordinator and Supply Chain and Operations Executive.

Key Responsibilities

Demand & Production Planning

  • Own end-to-end supply forecasting and S&OP process across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and wholesale/retail channels for both brands
  • Translate demand plan into production plans, working with manufacturing partners to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
  • Manage purchase order lifecycle from raw materials through finished goods
  • Work closely with the demand planning team for inventory accuracy and efficiency

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
