Head of Operations
Location: Slough
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Package
Loom Talent are delighted to be partnering with a leading service sector organisation to recruit a Head of Operations during an exciting period of growth.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operational leader to take ownership of a multi-disciplinary operation, driving performance, customer excellence and continuous improvement across a national business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and forming part of the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping operational strategy while ensuring exceptional day-to-day execution.
The Role
Leading a team of approximately 30 employees, you will be responsible for the overall operational performance of the business, ensuring high levels of service, efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to deliver commercial objectives, improve operational capability and support future growth.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing high-performing operational teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Driving operational performance through effective planning, resource management and data-led decision making.
- Overseeing service delivery, warehousing, inventory management and operational planning.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability and customer experience.
- Working closely with commercial and support functions to deliver business objectives and maximise customer retention.
- Supporting the ongoing development of systems, processes and operational best practice.
About You
We are looking for an experienced operational leader with a proven track record of delivering results through strong leadership, commercial awareness and operational excellence.
