The Opportunity
Finatal are exclusively partnered with an entrepreneurial venture investor who are looking to add a Head of Operations/Chief of Staff to their platform following a period of exceptional growth. This individual will take on a broad set of responsibilities, working closely with the founders and all teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, commercially minded operator to join a lean, ambitious fund and take on a strategically significant position, supporting senior leadership on the continued growth of this exciting platform. This role is intended to sit above day-to-day administration and will offer a compelling progression pathway for the right person.

The Role
- Taking ownership of the operational side of the platform, coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Overseeing core internal operations, supported by more junior team members.
- Supporting legal, compliance and governance workstreams across the business.
- Managing and coordinating fund and corporate contract negotiation processes, alongside the senior leadership team.
- Taking responsibility for selected LP-related work, including supporting on fund documentation, LPA terms, PPMs and associate negotiation processes.
- Acting as a key point of coordination between investment, finance, operations and external services providers.
- Providing senior leadership with high-quality execution support across strategic, operational and governance-related projects.

The Requirements
- Prior experience in a fund, private markets platform or asset manager.
- Strong understanding of fund operations, legal processes, compliance, governance and internal business operations.
- Experience managing or coordinating legal documentation, contracts, fund documentation and/or LP-related processes (though specific legal qualifications are not essential).
- Comfortable operating in a broad, hands-on role across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Commercial, pragmatic and proactive.
- Low-ego, adaptable and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where the remit may continue to evolve.
