About the Role
We're a non-profit focused on ensuring delivering STEM outreach to disadvantaged students and are looking for someone to help run the operational side of our 10-people organisation.

What Are We Looking For?
Key requirements include
- Experience managing a small/mid-sized team
- Strong organisational skills
- Have around 4 hours a week to dedicate to the position
- A passion for equitable education and/or STEM is desired

What Will You Be Doing?
Key responsibilities include
- Managing and supporting 2 direct reports - Head of Marketing and Head of Partnerships
- Being the senior point-of-contact to a further two volunteers
- Supporting the Directors to deliver the organisation's plan
- Leading (with support) the recruitment and onboarding of new volunteers
- Maintaining systems such as our volunteer database
