The Role:
We are searching for a dynamic and proven Head of Operations to lead and inspire our operations teams across all sectors. This role demands a GREAT leader who leads by example, is passionately hands-on and takes full ownership of operational success. This is not your typical 9-5 role; it requires dedication, resilience, and the ability to manage a fast-paced, reactive environment where team presence and real-time decision making are key.
