Lead One of the UK's Fastest Growing Starbucks Franchise Businesses!

Internally known as SFG UK Starbucks Brand Leader, you'll take overall responsibility for leading and growing our Starbucks business across the UK. Reporting directly to the Group Operations Officer, you'll inspire and develop a high-performing field leadership team, drive commercial growth, enhance customer experience, and help shape the future of one of our most exciting brands.

Location: Field Based, England (Extensive Travel Required)

Our Starbucks stores are located across England, from Chester to Grimsby, Lancaster to Nottingham, with additional locations across Greater London, Surrey and Berkshire. Candidates should be located to make the most impact to the business and be willing to travel regularly across the estate. Estate map available at telephone interview stage.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading Our People

  • Inspire, coach and develop Regional Managers, District Managers and wider operational teams.
  • Build a strong succession pipeline and develop future leaders.
  • Champion an engaged, inclusive and high-performance culture.
  • Drive recruitment, retention and people development strategies.
  • Lead talent reviews, performance management and organisational planning.

Driving Operational Excellence

  • Ensure consistent delivery of Starbucks brand standards across all locations.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences and drive improvements in guest satisfaction.
  • Lead operational initiatives that improve quality, service, cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Deliver successful implementation of brand programmes, systems and strategic initiatives.

Delivering Commercial Results

  • Take ownership of sales growth, profitability and EBITDA performance across the UK Starbucks estate.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and accelerate business growth.
  • Utilise business insights and KPIs to drive informed decision-making.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute operational strategy.

Building Strong Partnerships

  • Collaborate with Starbucks and internal stakeholders to ensure a "One System" approach.
  • Build strong relationships across Operations, HR, Finance and Support Centre functions.
  • Represent Soul Foods Group both internally and externally.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a proven multi-site operational leader who can balance people leadership, commercial thinking and operational excellence.

Essential Experience

  • Senior leadership experience within multi-site retail, hospitality, foodservice or leisure operations.
  • Experience leading Regional Managers, District Managers and large field-based teams.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing large-scale P&L performance.
  • Track record of delivering sales, profit and operational improvements.
  • Exceptional coaching, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience implementing strategic change across large operational teams.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
