At Haier Europe, home to Candy, Hoover and Haier, we're looking for a Head of Order to Delivery to lead our UK & Ireland order-to-delivery function. This is an opportunity to shape the customer journey, support a talented team, and work across the business to deliver excellent service and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing the Order to Delivery team.
- Working collaboratively with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Commercial and Finance teams.
- Driving improvements in customer experience, operational performance and efficiency.
- Supporting digitalisation, systems enhancements and SAP developments.
- Using data and insight to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Creating an inclusive environment where people can grow, contribute and succeed.

What We're Looking For
- Experience leading teams within Order to Delivery, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or Order Management.
- A collaborative leadership approach and a passion for developing others.
- Experience improving processes, performance and customer outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- ERP experience, ideally SAP.
- A data-driven approach and the ability to turn insight into action.
