The Opportunity
Are you a visionary leader in Organic Social and Influencer marketing who thrives on driving growth through the intersection of media, creative, and data? Open Partners is looking for a Head of Organic Social & Influencer - Senior Partner to join us as maternity cover and take commercial and strategic ownership of this core product. In this high-impact role, you will act as the ultimate internal and external champion for Organic Social, leading a high-performing team to build best-in-class social, community, and creator strategies that drive rapid, profitable growth for our clients.
Your Role & Responsibilities
You will lead product development, drive commercial performance, and elevate our capabilities across the Open Partners Operating System:
- Commercial Growth & Revenue Ownership: Generate revenue growth for Open Partners and our clients, ensuring your product hits commercial targets while maintaining strong functional margins.
- Strategic Governance & Excellence: Define and embed best practices across a market-leading operational system for planning and activating Organic Social and Influencer campaigns.
- Cross-Platform Integration: Collaborate across our Media, Creative, and Data products to deliver cohesive, cross-platform strategies that prove clear impact on reach, response, and conversion.
- Client & Market Advocacy: Build trusted relationships with clients and partners as an indispensable growth partner, while evangelising our capabilities to the wider market to win new business.
- AI & Co-Intelligence Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team using a gold-standard AI and human workforce, driving automation so your team can focus on high-value strategic work.

- High Client Retention & NPS: You deliver exceptional client satisfaction, keeping client retention and NPS scores consistently high.
- Continuous Product Innovation: You actively evolve and innovate our product offerings, ensuring they are clearly understood and valued by clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Validated Operational Standards: You successfully embed best-practice workflows validated by co-intelligence, automation, and campaign effectiveness.

- Strategic Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a senior agency or client-side leadership role, with deep expertise across organic social, creator strategy, community building, and influencer marketing.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong experience managing product revenue, commercial margins, and driving new business growth.
- Cross-Discipline Vision: Ability to seamlessly combine social strategy with media, creative, and data to deliver measurable business impact.
- People & AI Management: Demonstrable experience leading high-performing teams, with an appetite for adopting AI tools and automation to optimise team output.
- Inspiring Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills with a track record of building deep, trusted relationships at senior client levels.
