Are you ready to define the future of organic search for a fast-growing agency?

Do you thrive on shaping strategy, leading teams and turning SEO, Content, Digital PR and AI-driven search into one connected engine for commercial growth? If you’re strategic, technically sharp and relentless about better outcomes, this is your next step.

At Diony, we don’t just chase rankings, we embrace change and build what’s next. As Head of Organic Strategy, you’ll lead a growing team, own the vision for our organic offering, and ensure our clients stay ahead as search evolves through Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and emerging platforms.

What you’ll do:

  • Define, lead and evolve Diony’s organic offering across SEO, Content, Digital PR and AI-driven search.
  • Own the vision, standards and continuous improvement of organic within the agency as the subject matter expert.
  • Lead and mentor a growing team, establishing best practice across every stage of delivery.
  • Build integrated organic strategies that increase visibility, authority, qualified traffic and revenue for clients.
  • Identify new opportunities and embrace innovation, including emerging platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.
  • Develop market-leading services that respond to the changing search landscape, including GEO and AEO.
  • Work closely with wider marketing disciplines to ensure clients benefit from a truly connected strategy.
  • Play a key role in new business, client leadership, thought leadership and the growth of Diony’s organic proposition.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
