Location: West London
Salary: £53,656 - £60,082 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 36 hours per week
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and innovative Organisational Development leader to join a large and ambitious education group in West London.
Reporting into the Assistant Director of Talent & Reward, this position will lead the organisation's people development, culture and employee experience agenda, helping create a workplace where people can thrive, develop and deliver outstanding outcomes.
This role will play a pivotal part in shaping organisational culture, enhancing workforce capability and driving engagement across a complex multi-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organisational development and culture strategy.
- Design and deliver culture transformation programmes.
- Develop leadership development frameworks and talent initiatives.
- Create workforce capability and skills development strategies.
- Drive employee engagement and employee experience programmes.
- Lead engagement surveys, action planning and wellbeing initiatives.
- Produce executive and board-level reports, business cases and recommendations.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support organisational growth and transformation.
- Lead and develop organisational development and employee experience teams.

About You
We are seeking a highly credible OD professional with:
- Significant experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Employee Experience or Culture Change.
- Proven success delivering organisation-wide transformation programmes.
- Experience designing leadership development and workforce capability initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership teams.
- Experience developing employee engagement strategies and measuring impact.
- Excellent programme management and strategic planning capabilities.

Desirable
- Chartered CIPD status.
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification.
- Coaching, Learning Design or OD qualifications.
- Education, NHS, Public Sector or large complex organisational experience.
