Shape the Future of Out of Home at Finlay Beverages

As part of our long-term growth strategy, we are investing significantly in our Out of Home channel and are looking for an exceptional commercial leader to help shape its future.

This is a newly created, high profile position with strong sponsorship from the Executive Leadership Team.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Define and execute the Out of Home growth strategy.
- Build a differentiated proposition within the market.
- Expand and diversify our customer base.
- Identify and win new business opportunities.
- Shape the future direction of the channel.
- Become the recognised OOH expert within Finlay Beverages.

Who we're looking for

You'll be a commercially driven OOH leader with:
- A proven track record of delivering channel growth.
- Strong new business and customer acquisition credentials.
- Experience developing and executing commercial strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- A genuine hunter mindset and passion for building something special.
