Shape the Future of Out of Home at Finlay Beverages

A pivotal commercial leadership role with genuine opportunity to build, influence and leave a lasting legacy.

Finlay Beverages is the UK's leading own-label supplier of Tea, Coffee and Botanicals, trusted by some of the UK's best known retailers and foodservice customers. As part of our long-term growth strategy, we are investing significantly in our Out of Home channel and are looking for an exceptional commercial leader to help shape its future.

This is a newly created, high profile position with strong sponsorship from the Executive Leadership Team.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Define and execute the Out of Home growth strategy.
  • Build a differentiated proposition within the market.
  • Expand and diversify our customer base.
  • Identify and win new business opportunities.
  • Shape the future direction of the channel.
  • Become the recognised OOH expert within Finlay Beverages.

You'll be a commercially driven OOH leader with:

  • A proven track record of delivering channel growth.
  • Strong new business and customer acquisition credentials.
  • Experience developing and executing commercial strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • A genuine hunter mindset and passion for building something special.
