Head of Out of Home
MacGregor Black is partnering with an established Food & Beverage business on a confidential search for a Head of Out of Home.
This role will lead the strategic development and commercial performance of a national account portfolio within the Out of Home channel. Combining team leadership with direct ownership of key customer relationships, you will strengthen partnerships, identify opportunities for expansion and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
We are looking for an ambitious commercial leader who can turn customer insight into compelling propositions, supported by strong financial discipline and accurate forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing national accounts team, setting clear objectives and driving accountability.
- Own the channel P&L, delivering revenue and profit targets through effective account management and pricing.
- Manage strategic customer relationships, securing retention and developing long-term growth plans.
- Identify and convert new opportunities within existing customer organisations.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Category and operational teams to develop customer propositions and deliver commercial plans.
- Lead channel forecasting and sales and operations planning, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
- Use commercial insight, CRM systems and reporting tools to track performance, identify risks and implement corrective action.

What are we looking for?
- Proven commercial leadership experience within Out of Home, Foodservice, Hospitality or FMCG.
- A strong track record of retaining strategic customers and delivering profitable organic growth.
- Demonstrable success in leading, coaching and developing commercial teams.
- Experience identifying and securing additional business within complex customer organisations.
- Strong P&L ownership, pricing, negotiation and strategic account planning skills.
- Excellent analytical capability, with experience using Excel, CRM systems and Power BI.
- A proactive, results-driven approach, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
