GTM Engineer (Founding) - Cold Email Infrastructure
Premium Inboxes | Remote | Full-time contractor | $7,500-12,000/month + uncapped rev share
About the business
Premium Inboxes provides done-for-you cold email infrastructure. 3,000+ customers, grown entirely on word of mouth and referrals. Our market is ~30,000 lead gen agencies, and the average customer is worth $2,000/month once ramped. We have never run outbound for ourselves. You will build that channel from zero.
The role
You own the entire outbound engine, end to end:
- List building: sourcing, scraping, segmenting lead gen agencies
- Enrichment: waterfall enrichment, verification, data structuring
- Copy: writing sequences and iterating off reply data
- Infrastructure: running the sending systems
- Reporting: daily numbers on sends, replies, positive replies, booked calls
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This starts as an IC role. Once the motion works, you hire and lead the team that scales it. That is why the third requirement below exists.
You report directly to Richard, the business owner. No layers.
Hard requirements - do not apply unless all three are true
- 3+ years running cold outbound. Not "worked in sales for 3 years". Personally running cold outbound campaigns.
- Hands-on cold email experience. You have personally built and sent campaigns. If your experience is managing an agency or a tool that did it for you, this is not your role.
- You have built an outbound team before. Hired, trained, or scaled one.
If any of the three do not apply to you, applying wastes both our time. These are filters, not preferences.

Compensation and terms
- $7,500-$12,000/month base
- Uncapped rev share on pipeline generated
- Full-time contractor role, fully remote
- Output is what's measured, not hours
- Full autonomy, same-day tool procurement
Hiring process
Your application requires a 90 second Loom: who you are, the outbound you've personally run, the numbers it produced, why this role. No Loom, no review. This is the first filter and it is non-negotiable.
Subject to Loom quality, two steps:
- Call with Richard: do we get on, can we work together, your background
- Live technical demo: you build out a campaign in front of us
No panels. No six rounds.
