Head of Outbound
Liverpool (office based, full time)
£70,000 base plus performance bonus
Lead a high-volume outbound operation that is scaling fast, with full ownership of performance, the commercial numbers behind it, and the people who deliver them.
The function is being built from the ground up. The team dials at pace across B2B and retention campaigns, and the brief is growth: more conversations, sharper conversion, a tighter cost per acquisition, and output that improves week on week. New dialler technology and reporting are coming in to give a live view of performance. This role turns a floor of dials into a predictable commercial engine, and owns the number that proves it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Our ideal applicant
- A leader currently running a high-volume outbound or contact centre operation, ideally 50 seats and up
- Commercial ownership measured on revenue: you have carried a number and hit it
- Has transformed a function rather than inherited a good one, with new process, new tech and better output to show for it
- Fluent in dialler platforms, workforce planning and the reporting that runs a floor day to day
- Spans B2B and retention, and would rather build the engine than run one that already works
