Head of Owner Revenue Engagement
Help shape how Awaze supports holiday homeowners to unlock more value from their properties. In this commercially focused role, you’ll turn pricing recommendations, market insight and property performance data into clear, timely actions that help owners improve competitiveness, bookings, occupancy and rental income.
Your mission
As our new Head of Owner Revenue Engagement, your mission will be to lead Awaze’s approach to owner revenue engagement, making it easier for property owners to understand what we recommend, why it matters and what they can do to improve performance.
You’ll define the engagement strategy and operating model across owner journeys and channels, working closely with Pricing, Commercial, Trading, Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations and Owner teams. By combining commercial insight, behavioural thinking and smart use of data, you’ll help turn recommendations into meaningful owner action.
What you'll be doing
- Set and own the strategy for how Awaze engages owners around pricing, promotions, trading performance and rental revenue opportunities.
- Build an effective operating model for owner interventions based on commercial impact, lifecycle moments, trading signals and owner behaviour.
- Create a clear and consistent commercial narrative that helps owners understand Awaze recommendations and the potential impact of taking action.
- Design targeted programmes for high-value commercial moments, including new-season launches, late-market demand, low conversion, competitor movement and property under-performance.
- Drive understanding, adoption and continued use of relevant tools and interventions, including Dynamic Pricing, DP Lite, Max Boost, mini-promotions and promotional events.
- Partner with Product and Technology to embed timely and personalised guidance into the owner app, portal and other owner-facing journeys.
- Develop targeted multi-channel engagement using the most appropriate combination of portal messaging, in-app prompts, scripts, webinars, video, SMS or WhatsApp.
- Translate market conditions, demand signals and property performance into straightforward, actionable guidance for owners.
- Use owner data, relevant benchmarks and personalised proof points to demonstrate the commercial benefit of taking action.
- Apply behavioural science, segmentation, experimentation and nudge techniques to improve owner action while reducing unnecessary or low-value communication.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we’re looking for
You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy turning complex commercial information into simple, relevant actions and are motivated by seeing communication translate into measurable behaviour change. You’ll be comfortable working across multiple teams, using data to guide decisions and influencing both commercial strategy and digital owner experiences.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A strong track record in a senior lifecycle, CRM, customer, partner or product-led communications role, with a focus on measurable behaviour change.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex pricing, trading and performance topics for different audiences.
- Strong commercial understanding of pricing, revenue management, trading dynamics, conversion, occupancy, yield and owner economics.
- Confidence using data to segment audiences, personalise communications, define triggers and measure commercial outcomes.
- Practical knowledge of behavioural science, experimentation and test-and-learn methodologies.
- Experience creating automated, multi-channel and product-integrated engagement journeys that extend beyond email.
- Strong matrix leadership and stakeholder-management skills, with the credibility to align teams across Pricing, Commercial, Trading, Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations and Owner functions.
- A collaborative, commercially minded and proactive approach to getting things done.
Bonus points if you have experience in travel, hospitality, marketplaces, property, subscription businesses or another owner- or partner-led commercial environment, or if you have influenced digital product journeys, recommendation tools or decision-support experiences.
How you'll make an impact
- Increase owner adoption of commercially valuable recommendations and tools that improve competitiveness and property performance.
- Build owner journeys that make the right action clear and easy at key commercial and lifecycle moments.
- Improve participation and adherence before, during and after Awaze sales and promotional events.
- Help owners identify when changes to pricing, availability, property settings or promotional participation could create opportunities to sell more nights.
- Reduce communication fatigue through stronger targeting, more relevant messaging and better-integrated owner journeys.
- Measure success through commercial outcomes including recommendation adoption, nights sold, occupancy, conversion, rental income and promotional performance.
- Use owner feedback, behaviour, contact drivers and complaints to continually improve targeting, messaging and prioritisation.
- Establish a disciplined test-and-learn approach across audiences, timing, channels, message framing and calls to action.
