Head of Paid Digital - Up to £65k + Bonus - Manchester (3 days in office)
Lead the Paid Media team for our client, driving data-led campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, TikTok, Spotify and more for B2C/B2B clients.
Join as Head of Paid Digital reporting to the Digital Commercial Director, where you will manage the team, oversee strategy on tier 1 accounts, new business pitches, reporting, utilisation, and GA4 analytics to maximise performance and client ROI. Foster a high-performance culture, optimise campaigns for commercial outcomes, and ensure best practices in planning, execution, and analysis.

- Proven leadership in paid media (Google, Meta, Bing, social platforms)
- Strong data skills (GA4, reporting, insights)
- Team management experience with focus on utilisation and development
- Strategic input on pitches and key accounts
