Ready to take your career global?

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Head of Partner UK&I to join our ever evolving SMB team and help shape the future of global commerce.

The Head of Partner leads indirect distribution for the UK and Ireland. The role owns the partner channel end to end, from partner recruitment and commercial construction through to boarded, activated and retained merchants. The portfolio spans ISOs, franchises, resellers and introducer arrangements. It also includes Worldpay360, the proprietary point of sale proposition sold through the channel. The role holder is accountable for the commercial plan across that portfolio and for the team that delivers it.

What you’ll own

  • Lead the partner distribution business for the UK and Ireland, including the leadership layer beneath and the partner management, onboarding and support functions.
  • Own the commercial plan for the channel across ISOs, franchises, resellers, introducer arrangements and Worldpay360.
  • Recruit, segment and tier partners, and manage the concentration risk that comes with a portfolio weighted toward a small number of large relationships.
  • Construct and negotiate commercial terms, contracts and incentive structures that secure share of partner volume in a market where partners have alternatives every month.
  • Grow product attachment across the partner base, bringing the full proposition to partners who have historically sold only part of it.
  • Own the ongoing evolution and roadmap of Worldpay360, and sustain its growth through the channel. Bring the legacy Global Payments and Worldpay partner estates onto a single commercial and operating footing.
  • Pick up the design and part of the implementation of the target partner infrastructure, including portal, dashboard and partner reporting.
  • Hold accountability for boarding, activation, reconciliation and support performance, working with operations and finance to resolve the issues partners feel.
  • Partner across direct sales, product, marketing, operations and finance so that the channel is well supplied and well supported.
  • Represent the partner business within the UK and Ireland leadership team and contribute to the wider commercial agenda.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Experience building partner management infrastructure, including portals, dashboards and partner reporting, rather than inheriting a mature toolset.
  • A background that spans both the acquirer side and the partner side of the contract, so you understand what makes a provider easy or hard to sell.
