ABOUT US
fulfilment.com is the marketplace that connects ecommerce brands with the right third-party logistics provider. We don't run warehouses — we run the matching layer: 200+ vetted 3PLs across the UK, US and Europe, and a steady flow of brands looking for a fulfilment partner. Every month we help growing brands find the right 3PL, and help the 3PLs on our platform win the business.
THE ROLE
You'll build our partner channel: the businesses that already sit next to an ecommerce brand at the moment it needs a 3PL. That means ecommerce platforms, inventory and order management software, freight forwarders and customs brokers, marketplace and Amazon consultants, ecommerce accountants, and investors with a portfolio of brands.
Your job is to sign the right partners, make referring to us easy and worthwhile, and make sure what comes through is quality — brands that are a real fit and get connected to a provider. Volume from the wrong partners doesn't count.
Over time, this role becomes the external face of fulfilment.com: speaking at events, building our profile across the ecommerce and logistics world, and doing the bigger strategic deals. That part grows as the channel proves itself, and so does the team around you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Partner-sourced revenue — brands referred by partners that go on to connect with a 3PL
- Partner quality: who we work with, how each partner performs, and who we stop working with
- Signing and launching new partners, from first conversation to first referral
- The partner programme itself: terms, incentives, referral process and reporting
- Our presence at the industry events and in the conversations that matter
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You've built a partner or referral channel before and carried a revenue number for it — not just managed relationships someone else signed
- An existing network in ecommerce, logistics or ecommerce software. You can name the people you'd call in your first month
- Commercial judgement about partners: you know the difference between a partner who sends volume and one who sends value, and you manage to the second
- Equally comfortable in a pipeline review and on a stage. You're good in a room, but you measure yourself on what it produces
- Self-starting and happy travelling. You'll be out at events and partner meetings, not behind a desk
- Comfortable working across UK and US markets and time zones
- Experience at an ecommerce platform, WMS/OMS provider, 3PL, freight business or marketplace is a strong advantage

WHAT THIS ISN'T
This isn't a brand ambassador role or an events calendar. If your measure of success is meetings booked, conferences attended or followers gained, this won't suit you. We're looking for someone who builds a channel that produces revenue — and earns the bigger platform by doing it.
WHAT WE OFFER
- A role that grows with you. Prove the channel and you'll step further into the front-of-house role and build a team underneath you.
- No layers. You work closely with the founder. Decisions get made in days, not quarters.
- We reward based on the value you bring. A meaningful part of your package is tied to the revenue your partners generate.
- A story people want to hear. Finding the right 3PL is a real problem for every growing brand. You'll be representing the business that solves it.
- An international market. Around 60% of our provider network is in the US, and we're investing there. You'll be building relationships on both sides of the Atlantic.
- 30 days' holiday a year.
