Group Head of Partnerships
Location: London, office based five days per week
Salary: £100,000 plus bonus
A new kind of investment group is being built for consumer commerce, bringing together the specialist agencies ambitious brands need to grow.
The group has already established its marketplace capability and recently launched an agency supporting brands with international expansion, compliance and freight. The next stage is to build a complete portfolio of agencies spanning every major consumer commerce vertical.
You’ll lead the partnerships strategy across the group, ensuring its agencies operate as a connected ecosystem rather than as separate businesses.
Around 70% of your focus will be internal, working closely with agency founders and leadership teams to understand their capabilities, clients and commercial priorities. You’ll create the relationships, processes and visibility needed to share opportunities across the group, connect complementary services and generate meaningful cross-selling opportunities.
The remaining 30% will focus externally, developing strategic relationships with agencies, founders and commercial partners that could strengthen the group’s capabilities, proposition and future growth.
This is an opportunity to play a central role in turning a growing portfolio of specialist agencies into a genuinely integrated consumer commerce group.
What you’ll own
- The group partnership strategy: Defining how agencies across the group work together, share opportunities and deliver greater value collectively.
- Internal relationships: Building trusted relationships with agency founders and leadership teams, developing a detailed understanding of their capabilities, clients, commercial priorities and growth plans.
- Group deal flow: Creating the structure and processes required to identify, qualify and direct opportunities to the most relevant agency or combination of agencies within the group.
- Cross selling: Identifying opportunities for agencies to introduce complementary services, collaborate on client briefs and expand the group’s relationships with existing clients.
- Shared pipeline visibility: Establishing a clear view of opportunities across the portfolio and ensuring relevant leads, introductions and commercial intelligence are shared effectively.
- Group revenue growth: Turning greater collaboration across the agencies into measurable commercial growth, including shared clients, internal referrals and multi-agency opportunities.
- Agency collaboration: Bringing agency leaders together around shared accounts, propositions, sector opportunities and strategic growth initiatives.
- Integrated propositions: Working with agencies to develop joined up solutions that combine capabilities from across the group and provide a stronger proposition to consumer brands.
- Commercial coordination: Ensuring ownership, responsibilities, commercials and client relationships are clearly agreed when more than one group agency is involved in an opportunity.
- Performance and reporting: Tracking internal referrals, shared opportunities, conversion, cross-selling revenue and the wider commercial value generated through the partnership function.
- Agency integration: Helping newly acquired or launched agencies become part of the wider group ecosystem, connecting them with relevant people, capabilities and commercial opportunities.
- External partnerships: Building relationships with selected agencies, technology providers, advisers and other strategic partners that can strengthen the group’s capabilities and market reach.
- External growth opportunities: Identifying gaps in the group’s proposition and developing relationships with agencies, founders and commercial partners that could introduce new capabilities, services or routes to market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
