# Head of Partnerships & Distribution

This is a high-impact leadership role within WTW’s London market, focusing on insurance partnerships, affinity distribution, and commercial growth.

WTW is redefining insurance distribution through innovation, governance, and customer-centricity. In this position, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution to:

  • Optimise new business, renewal retention, and income per policy.
  • Work closely with business development teams and distribution partners to identify growth opportunities.
  • Embed effective governance frameworks and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead trading income across the partnership scheme, focusing on:
    • New business growth
    • Renewal retention
    • Revenue optimisation
  • Develop and execute client & programme retention strategies in partnership with business development, driving growth across:
    • Insurance distribution channels
    • Affinity distribution
  • Own & coordinate the partnership governance framework, ensuring:
    • Effective stakeholder engagement
    • Accountability & delivery across internal teams and external partners
  • Maximise trading opportunities while improving operational efficiency across the value chain.
  • Oversee performance & regulatory reporting, providing:
    • Clear commercial performance insights
    • Compliance across complex reporting frameworks
  • Champion customer experience across all channels, including:
    • Contact centre operations
    • Complaints management
    • Customer engagement strategies
  • Act as a central coordination point, aligning stakeholders and tracking delivery to ensure:
    • Successful execution of partnership objectives
