Job Summary

Reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships, the UK Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing, nurturing and growing Quintessentially UK's lifestyle partner network, creating compelling member benefits and experiences, driving commercial revenue, and supporting wider business objectives through strategic lifestyle partnerships and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Management

  • Own and manage the UK Preferred Supplier list, ensuring the database remains relevant, aligned to member needs and commercially valuable. Responsible for the initial vetting process, maintaining internal CRM, contracting, reporting on uptake and trends and conducting regular audits/check-ins
  • Working closely with the Global Head of Partnerships, deliver the UK partnership strategy by building, nurturing and growing long-term supplier relationships, creating active and collaborative partnerships
  • Lead partnerships meetings to explore and develop opportunities with current and potential partners to enhance the membership experience and benefit the wider group
  • Identify, negotiate and secure new commissionable partnerships to maximise commercial opportunities and reach internal targets
  • Regularly review partner performance and member engagement, thinking creatively to optimise existing relationships and identifying opportunities to introduce new suppliers.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging luxury brands to identify new opportunities.
  • Organise supplier training sessions, FAM trips and educational opportunities for Lifestyle Managers to increase awareness and engagement.

Member Benefits & Experiences

  • Supporting the Global Head of Partnerships in delivering the UK partnership strategy and member proposition, deliver an engaging portfolio of member benefits and commissionable experiences that strengthen member acquisition, retention and loyalty
  • Ensure there is a broad and commercially valuable range of commissionable experiences available to members.
  • Monitor uptake and share findings in regular Specialist and Marketing meetings
  • Support the Corporate team in developing client-specific partnership programmes.
  • Support the Member Events and Restaurants teams by introducing relevant partners, ideas and collaborations to enhance their respective programmes

Content & Member Communications

  • Working with the Global Head of Partnerships and Marketing team to maximise partner visibility and member engagement
  • Develop and manage a content plan for partnership-led member communications, including regular weekly and monthly content, ad-hoc editorial features and seasonal guides
  • Oversee, create and coordinate the upload of partner content, member benefits and experiences across Quintessentially's digital platforms, including the member app

Sponsorships & Brand Collaborations

  • Support the Global Head of Partnerships in the delivery of strategic sponsorships and brand collaborations, including initiatives such as Art Basel and Cheltenham Festival.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Events and other internal teams to ensure successful execution

Internal collaboration

  • Acting as the UK Partnerships lead across the business, working in collaboration with the Global Head of Partnerships, act as a connector across Lifestyle Services, Sales, Marketing and Brand Services to identify partnership opportunities across private members, corporate clients and wider business initiatives.
  • Contribute to new business pitches by identifying relevant partnership opportunities and propositions
  • Work collaboratively across departments to maximise the commercial value and visibility of partnerships
  • Be the internal authority on culturally relevant brands, openings, trends and opportunities, providing insight and direction to the wider business

The successful candidate will:

  • Be passionate about building and nurturing long-term, successful partnerships and relationships.
  • Have excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Have experience managing partner relationships, with a strong understanding of commercial partnerships, stakeholder management and relationship development.
  • Be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English is essential.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in CRM systems, with strong attention to detail and data management
  • Be passionate about luxury brands, culture, hospitality and creating exceptional experiences.
  • Have a proactive, collaborative approach and be confident working cross-functionally to deliver shared business objectives.
  • Be commercially minded, with experience in negotiation and the ability to identify opportunities to maximise partnership value and revenue.
  • Have strong networking skills and the confidence to develop relationships with luxury brands, suppliers and industry contacts.
  • Have a strong understanding of the UK luxury landscape, with knowledge of brands, hospitality, wellness, culture and lifestyle sectors, alongside a genuine passion and instinct for identifying brands and experiences that resonate with UHNW clients.
