Head of Brand Partnerships & Activations

We're partnering with a fast-growing fashion brand to appoint a Head of Brand Partnerships & Activations. This role will lead the strategy and delivery of global brand experiences across key international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global brand activations including retail pop-ups, experiential events, influencer partnerships, and cultural campaigns.
  • Own the full P&L across all activations and partnerships, ensuring commercial success.
  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, including royalty and design fee models, working closely with the legal team on contracts.
  • Produce and deliver retail pop-ups globally, managing budgets, timelines, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with Brand, PR, Social, Ecommerce, and Merchandising teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Build and manage relationships with agencies, production partners, and key industry contacts.
  • Track campaign performance, ROI, and identify future opportunities.

  • Proven experience leading brand activations, partnerships, or experiential marketing within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong commercial experience with P&L ownership and partnership deal structuring.
  • Experience delivering international retail pop-ups and large-scale events.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of consumer culture and creating impactful brand experiences.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
