Head of Brand Partnerships & Activations
We're partnering with a fast-growing fashion brand to appoint a Head of Brand Partnerships & Activations. This role will lead the strategy and delivery of global brand experiences across key international markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead global brand activations including retail pop-ups, experiential events, influencer partnerships, and cultural campaigns.
- Own the full P&L across all activations and partnerships, ensuring commercial success.
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, including royalty and design fee models, working closely with the legal team on contracts.
- Produce and deliver retail pop-ups globally, managing budgets, timelines, and external partners.
- Collaborate with Brand, PR, Social, Ecommerce, and Merchandising teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Build and manage relationships with agencies, production partners, and key industry contacts.
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and identify future opportunities.

- Proven experience leading brand activations, partnerships, or experiential marketing within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong commercial experience with P&L ownership and partnership deal structuring.
- Experience delivering international retail pop-ups and large-scale events.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of consumer culture and creating impactful brand experiences.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
