About Hometouch

Hometouch is a CQC-regulated live-in care provider specialising in dementia care. We're a growing business with ambitious plans and are looking for an experienced partnerships professional to help develop new sources of growth and referrals.

We're looking for someone who can open doors, build trusted relationships and create a consistent flow of high-quality referrals and leads for our Sales team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, meeting people, developing relationships and turning partnerships into tangible business opportunities.

The Role

As Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships that generate new leads, referrals and business opportunities for Hometouch.

You will build relationships with organisations and professionals who are well positioned to refer clients to Hometouch, developing those relationships into long-term referral partnerships.

This is not a traditional sales management role. You will not be responsible for managing the Sales team. Instead, you will work closely with Sales to ensure the opportunities and referrals you generate are followed up effectively and progressed into new clients.

You'll be highly visible externally and expected to spend significant time developing relationships, attending meetings and events, identifying new opportunities and representing Hometouch across the health and social care sector.

You'll have the opportunity to shape and develop our approach to partnerships, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical and Operations teams.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver a partnerships approach focused on generating new referrals, leads and business opportunities.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential referral partners across healthcare, social care, private healthcare, hospitals, charities, legal, financial and professional networks.
  • Personally develop and manage a strong network of referral partners and contacts.
  • Proactively identify new organisations, individuals and networks that could generate referrals for Hometouch.
  • Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings, networking events, conferences and industry events to build relationships and open new opportunities.
  • Create compelling partnership propositions that clearly demonstrate the value of working with Hometouch.
  • Develop new referral pathways and strengthen existing relationships to increase the volume and quality of referrals.
  • Re-engage existing and historic contacts to identify new opportunities.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and referrals for the Sales team.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure referrals are appropriately qualified, followed up and progressed.
  • Review referral quality and conversion data with Sales and use this insight to improve partnership activity.
  • Work with Marketing to develop content, campaigns, events and initiatives that support partner engagement and lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership activity, contacts, opportunities and referrals within the CRM.
  • Monitor the performance of different referral channels and identify opportunities for further development.
  • Share market intelligence, competitor insight and emerging partnership opportunities with the wider team.
  • Identify opportunities for Hometouch to develop new relationships, services or referral channels.
  • Represent Hometouch professionally across the health and social care sector.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
