About AI MedTech Ltd & Incendium Labs
AI MedTech Ltd is a pioneering digital health company bridging frontline clinical insight with advanced artificial intelligence and wearable telemetry. Through our flagship platforms—MedBridge (acute clinical triage) and MenoBridge (AI-driven midlife and menopause symptom navigation)—we are transforming patient pathways across retail pharmacy networks, digital storefronts, and healthcare systems globally.
Our R&D division, Incendium Labs, unites clinical rigor with advanced software architecture, pushing the boundaries of continuous biomarker loops, autonomous clinical workflows, and SNOMED CT data interoperability. We are currently backed by major industry innovators, including finalist status in the Global Innovator Awards (headline partnered by Barclays and endorsed by the UK Government’s Global Entrepreneur Programme).
The Role
We are looking for an ambitious, highly driven Head of Partnerships / Health-Tech Commercial Lead to take charge of our commercial growth, strategic alliances, and enterprise sales pipelines.
Working directly alongside our founder-level leadership, you will spearhead our commercial outreach to major retail pharmacy giants (such as Superdrug and Boots), manage our international distribution pathways (including SHOPLINE USA), and turn strategic dialogue into signed pilot contracts and revenue-generating partnerships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
